Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through strategic networking, targeted outreach, and social media engagement. * Foster lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving needs. * Stay ahead of the curve by maintaining in-depth knowledge of the company's cutting-edge technology solutions, key features, and competitive differentiators. * Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demos that resonate with clients and drive results. * Navigate complex sales negotiations, address objections, and secure deals that meet or exceed sales targets. * Drive market intelligence by analyzing industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform sales strategies and optimize results. * Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align strategies and elevate the customer experience. * Provide actionable insights and data-driven forecasts by maintaining accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. * Ensure seamless onboarding, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for upselling and renewal to maximize client lifetime value.
