Key Responsibilities
• Architect and deploy strategic HR initiatives that drive business growth and align with organizational objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, streamlining recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top performers.
• Foster positive employee relations by resolving conflicts, addressing disciplinary issues, and managing grievances in a fair and timely manner.
• Drive compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, ensuring a risk-free work environment.
• Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including salary structures and employee perks, to boost morale and retention.
• Deliver data-driven performance evaluations and actionable feedback to employees and managers, fueling continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and job satisfaction, driving business results.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, databases, and payroll systems, ensuring seamless HR operations.
• Champion workplace safety and security, implementing measures that protect employees and promote a healthy work environment.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and execute HR strategies, initiatives, and programs that support business objectives.
• Navigate compliance-related issues, including audits and regulatory reporting, to minimize risk and ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
• Analyze and present HR metrics and organizational performance reports to senior management, informing data-driven decisions.
• Spearhead special projects and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.

Experience

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field
