* Drive business growth by developing and executing annual budgets tailored to diverse product segments. * Architect quarterly strategic plans, tracking monthly P&L statements to ensure financial performance. * Manage cash flow on a monthly basis, overseeing institutional sales to optimize revenue streams. * Lead product branding initiatives, generating innovative ideas to enhance promotional strategies and programs. * Design and develop product manuals and training materials for assigned product groups, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer. * Analyze sales performance against targets, devising and implementing strategies to meet sales forecasts for designated product ranges. * Conduct market research to gather insights, identifying opportunities to develop and expand new product lines. * Organize field demonstrations and operator training programs for new products, fostering customer engagement and adoption. * Spearhead special projects and assignments as directed by supervisors, driving business objectives forward.
