Key Responsibilities

• Architect and execute divisional sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize product visibility, distribution, and availability. • Drive primary and secondary sales performance, ensuring seamless order flow and verifying sales results to inform data-driven decisions. • Manage distributor inventory levels, enforcing stock management best practices such as FIFO, FEFO, and safety stock protocols to minimize waste and optimize stock turnover. • Lead and direct field force operations, including ASMs, FSOs, TSOs, and distributors, to ensure alignment with company objectives and sales targets. • Spearhead channel development initiatives, identifying new markets, territories, and distribution channels to fuel sales expansion in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Build and nurture strong relationships with key retail and wholesale partners, providing negotiation support and deal closure guidance to subordinate teams. • Analyze and interpret sales data, generating actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance. • Oversee timely payment collection from distributors, managing claim adjustments and resolving disputes as needed. • Develop and refine sales forecasts, plans, and performance evaluations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure accurate sales projections. • Provide market trend analysis and sales performance feedback to senior leadership, including the NSM and Head of Sales & Distribution, to drive business growth and improvement.

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • MBA

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in relevant roles in sales and distribution
  • Candidates from FMCG industry will be given preference
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
