Technical Officer, LUL Project

* Drive the design and delivery of educational components, providing technical expertise and leadership to ensure high-quality project implementation. * Architect curricula, learning materials, and training resources that cater to diverse learners, ensuring cultural relevance, age-appropriateness, and alignment with national standards. * Spearhead capacity-building initiatives for project staff, teachers, and facilitators, developing training manuals and resources to enhance their skills and expertise. * Manage the effectiveness of training programs, providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure seamless project execution. * Champion quality assurance and standards across all project activities, conducting assessments and identifying areas for improvement. * Develop and implement data-driven strategies, collecting and analyzing data to inform project adjustments and optimize results. * Deliver model classes and provide technical guidance to project staff, teachers, and learning facilitators, ensuring best practices are adopted. * Foster collaborative relationships with government education departments, NGOs, and partners, aligning project activities with local education priorities. * Represent the project in technical forums and meetings, providing technical input for advocacy efforts and promoting educational opportunities for out-of-school children. * Craft technical reports, case studies, and knowledge products that showcase project impact and lessons learned, documenting best practices and success stories for internal and external dissemination. * Uphold organizational policies, including Child Safeguarding, PSEA, Gender, Anti-Money Laundering, Whistle Blowing, and other policies, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment.
