* Spearhead the development and execution of the bank's operational strategy, fostering a culture of efficiency, compliance, and innovation. * Architect and oversee seamless end-to-end banking operations, encompassing payments, settlements, trade services, and branch operations, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * Drive operational excellence, ensuring high-quality service delivery, scalability, and process optimization across the organization. * Serve as the primary regulatory interface, building and maintaining strong relationships with Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory bodies, and leading regulatory reporting, audits, and inspections with robust governance. * Collaborate with business leaders to align operations with Retail, Corporate, SME, and Digital Banking strategies, enabling rapid and compliant product launches and enhanced customer journeys. * Champion the integration of operations with core banking and digital platforms, working closely with the CIO to drive automation, straight-through processing, and process innovation. * Fortify the bank's risk and control frameworks, ensuring robust operational risk management, compliance, and internal controls, and leading business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and audit readiness initiatives.
