Regional Manager

* Drive regional program management, ensuring alignment with UCEP Bangladesh's values, vision, and mission, while complying with relevant country laws. * Architect and implement regional program strategies, assessing market demands and contextual changes to ensure program relevancy. * Foster a conducive and inclusive learning environment, promoting UCEP Bangladesh's values and culture. * Develop and execute program strategies, setting high standards for personal, social, and academic achievements. * Assess and develop regional staff capacity, ensuring expertise aligns with program requirements. * Design and implement a business plan, securing resources and driving sustainability through short-, medium-, and long-term strategic plans. * Mobilize resources, including funds, human resources, and infrastructure, to deliver high-quality programs. * Craft and implement communication, marketing, branding, and advocacy strategies, serving as a regional spokesperson for UCEP Bangladesh. * Spearhead program marketing efforts, targeting local and regional communities. * Ensure achievement of business goals and regional program targets, driving research, development, and documentation. * Develop and execute annual plans and budgets, managing procurements, revenue, and expenditure in compliance with UCEP Bangladesh policies. * Oversee high-quality teaching and learning processes, leveraging modern technology to drive academic excellence. * Lead performance appraisals, creating action plans for staff development and ensuring efficient human resource management. * Ensure a safe and secure learning environment, adhering to Decent Work principles, including Occupational Health and Safety standards. * Manage regional operations, maintaining a necessary resource pool and controlling budgets to drive efficient program delivery.
