Executive - Marketing and Sales (Steel Products)

• Drive sales growth by promoting and selling steel products, with a focus on MS Plate and Stainless Steel Pipe/Tube, to expand customer base and revenue. • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, converting prospects into loyal clients to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. • Lead market analysis and research initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends, focusing on MS Plate and other steel products to inform sales strategies. • Architect and implement effective marketing research, analyzing data and presenting actionable insights through structured reports to inform business decisions. • Manage individual sales performance, working autonomously to achieve targets and delivering weekly progress updates to stakeholders. • Collaborate with management to execute sales and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing ROI. • Negotiate and close contracts, overseeing all sales activities to ensure seamless customer experiences and revenue growth. • Foster and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional support, addressing feedback and concerns, and providing technical expertise. • Execute special projects and tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to driving business success.
