OMS Product Manager & Branding

* Spearhead the development and optimization of the OMS Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and drive continuous improvement. * Drive market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor insights, and user needs, informing the development of innovative features and enhancements. * Craft comprehensive product documentation, user manuals, and training materials to empower internal teams and clients. * Oversee platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and orchestrate swift resolutions with technical teams to ensure seamless functionality. * Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards for all OMS features and workflows. * Architect and execute branding strategies to elevate USL Momentum and the company's overall market position. * Develop and disseminate engaging content across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, product launches, and investor communications. * Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints, including websites, social media, and client interactions. * Collaborate with design teams to create compelling visual assets, infographics, and promotional materials that showcase the brand's identity. * Lead brand storytelling initiatives, amplifying USL's reputation as a modern, technology-driven brokerage house.
