Senior Executive - Maintenance

* Spearhead preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives, designing and implementing inspection, servicing, and repair schedules for production machinery and facility utilities, including compressed air, transformers, and dust extraction systems. * Drive swift breakdown response, troubleshooting and repairing electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults on machinery to minimize production downtime and ensure seamless operations. * Optimize equipment performance, installing, configuring, and aligning new and existing machines to achieve peak efficiency and productivity. * Lead and manage maintenance teams, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing training to technicians to enhance their skills and expertise. * Champion inventory control, maintaining a strategic stock of critical spare parts, electrical and electronic tools, and procuring necessary items to prevent downtime and ensure business continuity. * Maintain meticulous records of maintenance work, machine history, and spare parts inventory, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Foster a safety-first culture, enforcing health and safety regulations, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, to guarantee safe operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities. * Work with a range of machinery, including woodworking equipment such as CNC routers, edge banders, and surface planners, as well as support utilities like dust collection systems, air compressors, and industrial motors. * Collaborate with electrical systems, including panels, motor drives, sensors, and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), to ensure integrated and efficient operations.
