* Drive Aqua feed sales growth through strategic dealer management, market analysis, and customer engagement, leveraging field-based expertise. * Spearhead daily sales performance, providing timely and accurate sales data and forecasts to supervisors and sales coordinators. * Architect and implement dealer development initiatives, enhancing dealer profiles and identifying areas for improvement. * Conduct market research to pinpoint gaps in market coverage, informing supervisors and driving targeted sales strategies. * Map and engage with key stakeholders, including farmers and dealers, to deliver exceptional after-sales service and foster long-term relationships. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prime customers, addressing feedback and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Provide actionable market insights and feedback to supervisors, shaping business decisions and informing future market strategies. * Develop and submit comprehensive monthly feed performance reports to headquarters, highlighting key trends and opportunities. * Design and execute marketing activities, including seminars, retailer meetings, and multimedia presentations, to promote Aqua feed products and drive sales. * Lead farm trials, recording and reporting results to supervisors on a regular basis to optimize Aqua feed performance and inform product development. * Collaborate with logistics and depot personnel to ensure seamless dispatch and distribution of Aqua feed products, driving business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
