Senior Store Officer (Fabric & Shipment) For RMG

* Spearhead fabric order tracking, ensuring seamless buyer-wise monitoring and record-keeping. * Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Commercial, and Production, through regular communication and updates. * Drive timely fabric delivery to the cutting section, aligning with production schedules and requirements. * Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems, leveraging technology and physical reconciliation to optimize stock levels. * Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of fabrics and cartons, guaranteeing accurate labeling, safe handling, and secure storage. * Architect and execute logistics operations, coordinating with external partners to ensure prompt and efficient shipment execution. * Lead inventory control initiatives, identifying and addressing stock discrepancies, shortages, and potential risks. * Generate insightful MIS reports, providing stakeholders with critical updates on stock status, shipment delivery, and fabric consumption. * Conduct rigorous stock audits, ensuring system and physical stock accuracy, and implement corrective actions as needed. * Ensure the store area's cleanliness, organization, and compliance with factory safety and audit standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. * Support management in internal and external audits, providing expertise and documentation related to fabric and shipment stores, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
