Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth by consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and annual targets for chemical manufacturing raw materials.
• Spearhead business development by promoting and selling bulk chemical raw materials to existing and prospective clients, expanding market presence and share.
• Identify and capitalize on new B2B opportunities, leveraging industry expertise to penetrate the chemical sector and fuel business expansion.
• Collaborate with supervisors to architect and negotiate complex pricing structures, supply contracts, and terms that drive high-value sales and revenue growth.
• Foster strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers through regular field visits to manufacturing plants and client offices, ensuring tailored support and solutions.
• Develop a deep understanding of client production processes, enabling the delivery of customized raw material solutions that meet specific needs and drive business outcomes.
• Gather and analyze critical market intelligence, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform and optimize sales strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Lead the preparation and management of all sales documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of Sales Orders and Delivery Orders.
• Maintain precise records of daily activities, negotiations, and sales forecasts, providing real-time insights for performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
• Proactively manage order processing, ensuring seamless coordination with supply chain, logistics, and QMS teams to meet client production schedules and deliver raw materials safely and on time.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and regulatory standards, guaranteeing the responsible handling and advice on chemical raw materials.

Education
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering
- BBA or MBA with a major in Marketing
Additional Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B corporate sales
- Experience in selling raw materials, basic chemicals, or petrochemicals
- Familiarity with key industrial hubs and manufacturing zones in Bangladesh
- Understanding of local supply chain dynamics, pricing fluctuations, and competitor landscape
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Bangla and strong proficiency in English
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
