Officer/Sr. Officer - Accounts & Finance

* Spearhead financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making. * Develop and deliver monthly and half-yearly financial statements, tax accounts, and other critical reports to stakeholders. * Drive production cost analysis, process reconciliation, and overhead allocation to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste. * Analyze and control monthly operating expenses (OPEX) through meticulous reporting and proactive management. * Reconcile bank accounts, inter-company transactions, and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. * Manage inventory, store items, sales, and interest calculations, and prepare aging reports to inform business strategies. * Facilitate interactions with banks and financial institutions to secure loans, upgrade documents, and maintain up-to-date records. * Oversee bank position, fund arrangement, and management, ensuring seamless documentation and compliance. * Calculate and deduct taxes (TDS & VDS) from vendor bills, verifying accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements. * Monitor and manage vouchers, account heads, and month-end closing procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. * Maintain account receivable and payable records in accordance with company policies and procedures. * Develop monthly financial forecasts, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow projections, and analyze discrepancies. * Compile daily management reports, providing a comprehensive overview of finance, operations, production, collection, and delivery performance. * Provide actionable insights and ad-hoc reports to management, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
