Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead day-to-day factory operations, driving efficiency and productivity across all administrative functions.
* Architect and manage facility services, including housekeeping, transportation, and security, to ensure a safe and seamless working environment.
* Champion compliance with factory rules, company policies, labor regulations, and government standards, fostering a culture of adherence and accountability.
* Lead disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and misconduct management, ensuring fair and timely resolutions that align with company policies.
* Drive factory security initiatives, including gate control, visitor management, and perimeter security, to safeguard assets, people, and premises.
* Supervise and develop security personnel, administrative staff, and support teams, empowering them to deliver exceptional results.
* Develop, implement, and enforce emergency response plans, ensuring business continuity and employee safety in the face of crises.
* Oversee employee transportation systems, optimizing routes, schedules, and fuel costs to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
* Collaborate with logistics and store teams to streamline the movement of goods and raw materials, minimizing delays and maximizing productivity.
* Ensure the provision of essential worker welfare facilities, including drinking water, sanitation, and first aid, promoting a healthy and respectful work environment.
* Monitor and enforce workplace safety measures, such as PPE, fire drills, and health checks, to prevent accidents and injuries.
* Foster open communication channels, addressing and resolving worker complaints, and promoting a culture of transparency, respect, and inclusivity.
* Maintain and upgrade factory infrastructure, equipment, and utilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and sustainable working environment.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production, HR, merchandising, and accounts, to drive seamless operations and business growth.
* Provide crisis management support, incident reporting, and conflict resolution, minimizing disruptions and ensuring business continuity.
* Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions, imparting discipline, leadership, and safety protocols to junior staff and floor-level supervisors.
* Embed a culture of integrity, punctuality, and professionalism, inspiring employees to uphold the highest standards of conduct and performance.
