Sr. Executive-(Core) Compliance

* Spearhead internal compliance audits to ensure adherence to HR, Health & Safety, Fire, and Environmental regulations. * Drive compliance with local labor laws, including BLR 2015 and subsequent amendments. * Manage and maintain comprehensive compliance records and documents. * Collaborate with management to address and resolve non-compliance findings from internal and external audits. * Develop and track daily, weekly, and monthly compliance checklists and reports to ensure timely monitoring. * Architect and implement corrective action plans (CAPs) to rectify non-compliance issues and share progress updates. * Oversee the preparation of factories and documentation for social audits conducted by buyers. * Ensure all licenses, certificates, and legal documents (e.g., fire license, trade license, factory license, boiler certificate) are up-to-date and compliant. * Support the development, revision, and implementation of company policies that promote compliance and ethical practices. * Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly compliance performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
