Key Responsibilities
* Drive production efficiency by conducting SMV calculations, time studies, and line balancing to optimize workflow
* Spearhead productivity monitoring and analysis to identify areas for improvement
* Architect process enhancements by analyzing workflow and suggesting innovative solutions
* Lead manpower utilization initiatives to ensure optimal allocation of resources
* Develop and deliver daily and weekly Industrial Engineering reports to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and planning, to align strategies and achieve shared goals
Requirements
Experience
At least 2 years
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
- B.Sc in Apparel Engineering

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork ability
