Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead Industrial Engineering initiatives across Woven Tops, Bottoms, and Knit divisions, driving strategic growth and operational excellence
* Architect and implement productivity enhancement and cost reduction strategies to boost efficiency and profitability
* Harness production data to inform process improvements, leveraging insights to optimize workflows and drive business results
* Manage manpower resources effectively, ensuring optimal planning, allocation, and utilization to meet production demands
* Track and analyze key Industrial Engineering performance indicators, developing actionable reports to inform management decisions
* Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Production, Planning, and QA, to drive seamless execution and shared goals
Requirements
Experience
At least 6 years
Education
- B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IE (Garments Industry)
