• Spearhead embroidery operations, driving sample development through to bulk production that meets buyer specifications • Champion productivity and efficiency, ensuring daily targets are met and deliveries are made on schedule • Orchestrate sample approvals, implementing corrective actions to guarantee quality and accuracy • Oversee embroidery layout optimization and machine performance, identifying areas for improvement • Develop and analyze daily and monthly production reports, tracking costs and informing data-driven decisions • Drive cost savings and resource optimization, minimizing waste and maximizing the use of thread, labor, and consumables • Foster a culture of excellence, maintaining rigorous 5S, safety, and compliance standards on the production floor • Mentor and supervise operators, empowering them to deliver high-quality results and achieve productivity goals
