* Drive business growth by promoting and selling a diverse portfolio of banking products and services across EBL branches in Bangladesh. * Deliver exceptional sales performance, consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly and yearly targets. * Spearhead sales campaigns, leveraging innovative strategies to expand the customer base and boost revenue. * Acquire and onboard new clients, fostering long-term relationships through personalized support and tailored solutions. * Provide world-class customer service, promptly addressing client needs and resolving issues with professionalism and expertise. * Inform and advise line managers and department heads on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity, enabling data-driven decision-making. * Collaborate with internal teams to support collection and recovery efforts, ensuring effective management of delinquent accounts and minimizing losses.
