Executive- Legal (only from Real Estate)

* Drive the development of high-value legal documents, including Sale Agreements, Deeds, and Contracts, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. * Architect and implement a robust compliance framework, aligning with Bangladesh property law, land regulations, and corporate governance standards. * Lead end-to-end land documentation processes, including due diligence, mutation, registration, and title verification, to ensure seamless operations. * Foster strategic partnerships with external legal advisors, land offices, and regulatory authorities, such as RAJUK and sub-registrar offices, to facilitate business growth. * Provide expert legal advisory support to management and cross-functional teams, enabling informed decision-making and risk mitigation. * Manage and resolve legal disputes, litigation, and case documentation, ensuring timely and effective resolution. * Design and maintain a structured and audit-ready legal documentation system, ensuring transparency and accountability across the organization.
