Merchandiser

* Spearhead the merchandising process, driving sales and marketing initiatives while fostering strong customer relationships and optimizing production capacity. * Lead order inquiries and manage the entire product lifecycle, from development to shipment, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. * Collaborate with buyers to develop products, discuss pricing, and negotiate terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. * Architect and implement the Time & Action plan, guaranteeing on-time production and meeting critical deadlines. * Facilitate product approvals by submitting lab dips, trims, fabric colors, quality samples, and development samples to buyers, and obtain size set approvals for bulk production. * Drive production timelines by sourcing fabrics, trims, and accessories, and coordinating with internal teams, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing. * Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards by sending materials for third-party testing and providing test reports to buyers. * Analyze store inventory reports, update consumption status, and inform production decisions with data-driven insights. * Manage daily production tracking, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet buyer requirements, maintain product quality, and achieve delivery deadlines. * Coordinate logistics, booking space with shipping lines and ensuring timely goods handover for shipment, to guarantee on-time delivery. * Develop and maintain accurate reports, including weekly order status, work-in-progress, and shipment updates, to inform business decisions and drive growth.
