Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead training initiatives by conducting thorough Training Needs Analyses to pinpoint skill gaps and inform strategic learning priorities. * Architect annual training calendars and orchestrate seamless training schedules across outlets and departments. * Drive impactful onboarding experiences through engaging orientation programs, ensuring new hires embody company values and culture. * Design and deliver immersive customer service training, focusing on service excellence, product expertise, and brand ambassadorship. * Develop, refine, and deploy training modules, manuals, and materials that cater to diverse employee needs and drive performance excellence. * Stay ahead of industry trends by regularly reviewing and enhancing training content to reflect company updates and best practices. * Conduct outlet visits to assess service quality, identify knowledge gaps, and provide targeted coaching to elevate employee performance. * Champion employee recognition programs, including "Employee of the Month," to foster a culture of appreciation and motivation. * Analyze training effectiveness, tracking key performance metrics, ROI, and progress to inform data-driven decisions. * Harness feedback, assessments, and performance data to evaluate training impact and identify areas for improvement. * Collaborate on the development of e-learning content and digital training platforms, enabling scalable, flexible, and engaging learning experiences.
