Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by supervising and guiding Field Officers, Territory Sales Managers, and distributors to achieve targeted sales objectives.
* Lead retail outreach efforts, visiting and persuading retailers to boost direct sales of LED and Gang Switch products, while promoting the MEP brand portfolio.
* Architect and implement sales strategies to achieve individual, team, and distributor targets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Manage and optimize sales volumes of various MEP products, identifying opportunities to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
* Develop and submit daily sales reports, tracking sales performance of lighting and gang products to inform business decisions.
* Gather and provide actionable feedback from trade partners, customers, and competitors, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
* Champion market intelligence and competitive insights to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, and undertake additional tasks as assigned by management to support the company's growth and success.
