* Spearhead product portfolio management, driving the selection, analysis, and optimization of pharmaceutical products for global market promotion and distribution. * Conduct in-depth market research, analyzing demand, competitor activity, and pricing to inform strategic product import and focus decisions. * Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs to ensure seamless compliance with local drug regulations, guaranteeing the integrity of all products. * Foster strong relationships with international manufacturers and suppliers, coordinating the exchange of technical documents, samples, and pricing information. * Architect and implement effective marketing strategies and tools to empower field teams and distributors, driving business growth and revenue. * Deliver sales support through comprehensive product knowledge, training, and launch materials, enabling sales teams to excel in their roles. * Champion the promotion of RLD products, identifying new sources and opportunities to expand the product portfolio. * Develop and nurture business relationships with packaging material sources and customers, driving mutual growth and success.
