* Spearhead daily stock checks, focusing on high-velocity items to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Inspect all incoming materials against SOP and ISO standards to guarantee quality and compliance. * Drive the preparation and submission of bills and Good Receipt POs for incoming materials to the accounts department. * Conduct thorough reviews of previous day's activities, identifying and rectifying errors to maintain data integrity. * Champion the implementation and upkeep of the inventory management system to optimize stock levels and minimize discrepancies. * Develop and lead training sessions for subordinates and teams on ISO standards and company SOPs to foster a culture of excellence. * Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and user departments to ensure seamless operations and effective issue resolution. * Analyze stock aging and provide actionable insights to management on obsolete stock, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
