Sr. Manager / AGM – Knitting

* Drive knitting production operations to achieve seamless workflow and on-time delivery * Architect production plans and monitor daily output to exceed targets and optimize performance * Maximize machine efficiency, productivity, and resource utilization to minimize waste and boost output * Uphold stringent quality standards that meet or exceed buyer requirements * Foster cross-functional collaboration with Dyeing, Finishing, Maintenance, and Planning departments to ensure unified operations * Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and promote sustainability * Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of knitting machines to ensure optimal performance * Lead, mentor, and supervise production team members to enhance skills and performance * Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and environmental protocols to maintain a responsible and sustainable operation
