• Spearhead the review of property-related documents to deliver authoritative legal opinions. • Architect and execute thorough searches to validate property and land documents, collaborating with law firms and surveyors to verify authenticity. • Craft and finalize security documents, including mortgages, powers of attorney, and indemnity bonds, ensuring compliance with legal standards and applicable laws. • Drive the disbursement process by providing comprehensive lists of required original legal documents and charge documents. • Offer expert legal counsel on banking business matters, providing insightful opinions to inform strategic decisions. • Conduct in-depth research on diverse legal and banking issues, staying abreast of emerging trends and regulatory requirements. • Develop and prepare RJSC-related documentation for charge creation, ensuring seamless execution. • Manage and maintain detailed MIS reports, while also preparing invoices for third-party agencies involved in vetting and title searches.
