Key Responsibilities
* Drive the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for chronic care products, aligning with business objectives and growth strategies.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and prescription behavior to uncover growth opportunities and inform data-driven decision making.
* Architect product positioning, promotional strategies, and brand plans that resonate with target audiences and drive business results.
* Lead training and development initiatives for field force teams, ensuring they possess in-depth product knowledge and the skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
* Design and develop impactful promotional materials, including visual aids, brochures, and digital content, that capture the essence of chronic care products and resonate with target audiences.
* Monitor and evaluate product performance, sales trends, and ROI of marketing activities, using insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve business outcomes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional sales teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies in the field, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
* Organize and execute scientific seminars, CME programs, and doctor engagement activities that foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
* Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to stay abreast of market trends and emerging opportunities.
* Ensure timely and effective implementation of product-related strategies across all territories, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* Develop and deliver periodic reports and presentations that provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management, informing business decisions and strategic planning.
Requirements
Experience
6 to 10 years
Education
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Additional Requirements
- Experience in Product Management Department (PMD)
- Must be in Chronic Care segments
- Hands-on experience in brand management, market analysis, field force training, and promotional strategy development
