Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and accurate information on customs requirements, transit times, and pricing.
* Drive service excellence through professional and empathetic interactions, tailoring support to meet the unique needs and demands of each customer.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving shipping-related issues such as delays, brokerage problems, and pickup concerns, with a focus on achieving First Call Resolution (FCR) to boost customer satisfaction.
* Ensure seamless pickup registration with 100% accuracy, and conduct export shipment calls to verify addresses, correct weights, and address exceptions.
* Capitalize on customer interactions to identify sales opportunities, offer alternative solutions, and promote value-added services, transforming information calls into potential revenue streams.
