* Spearhead microbiological analysis of raw materials, packaging, in-process samples, and finished products, encompassing sterility, endotoxin, bio-assay, and preservative efficacy tests * Oversee microbiological testing of pharmaceutical manufacturing water, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards * Architect and manage media and reagent stock, conducting growth promotion tests to guarantee media quality * Drive environmental monitoring and area qualification initiatives, maintaining a controlled and sterile environment * Develop and validate microbiological testing methods, ensuring accuracy and reliability * Manage laboratory equipment qualification, requalification, and calibration, guaranteeing precision and efficiency * Lead quality management system (QMS) processes, including out-of-specification (OOS) results, deviations, change control, and other microbiology laboratory-related activities
