Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead factory compliance with local labor laws, international standards, and buyer codes of conduct, driving a culture of adherence and accountability. * Architect and coordinate comprehensive audit programs, including social, technical, environmental, and security audits, to ensure seamless compliance with renowned standards such as BSCI, SEDEX, and ISO. * Drive audit readiness by preparing factories for announced and unannounced audits, and develop targeted corrective action plans to address findings and improve overall compliance. * Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies, procedures, and certifications, maintaining meticulous records and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. * Conduct regular internal inspections and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective compliance solutions. * Champion workplace health, safety, and environmental sustainability by monitoring standards, systems, and practices, and coordinating with teams to drive continuous improvement. * Design and deliver compliance training programs that empower employees, supervisors, and management staff to uphold labor standards, prevent child labor, and promote a harassment-free work environment. * Foster strong relationships with buyers, auditors, government agencies, and certification bodies to ensure effective communication and collaboration on compliance matters. * Drive sustainability initiatives by monitoring and implementing measures to reduce environmental impact, manage chemicals and waste, and promote eco-friendly practices. * Develop and present periodic compliance reports to senior management and buyers, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. * Stay at the forefront of changing labor laws, compliance regulations, and buyer requirements, leveraging this expertise to inform compliance strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements

Experience

At least 8 years

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Master’s degree in HR, Law, Environmental Science, or related field

Additional Requirements

  • Only Male
  • Strong experience handling audits like BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
  • Audit management & CAP handling
