Psychosocial Counselor, Migration Programme

* Drive the development of a comprehensive counseling plan for the Migration and Reintegration Support Centre, aligning with monthly targets and project objectives. * Architect training programs for volunteers, ensuring they are equipped to provide effective support to migrants and their families. * Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly training and counseling reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. * Manage the compilation of reports from all Migration and Reintegration Support Centres, identifying trends and areas for growth. * Deliver counseling services to returnee migrant workers and their family members, addressing their unique needs and challenges. * Identify and refer migrant workers requiring trauma counseling, ensuring they receive specialized support. * Facilitate case management, coordinating with stakeholders to provide holistic support to migrants and their families. * Champion safeguarding practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of team members and beneficiaries, and promoting a culture of respect and dignity. * Develop and implement strategies to prevent harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, aligning with the organization's safeguarding policy. * Foster a safe working environment, providing guidance, support, and expertise to team members on safeguarding best practices. * Promote and endorse safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring their effective implementation across the program.
