Key Responsibilities

* Drive business growth by designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and behavioral competencies of Medical Business Executives. * Architect training strategies that align with business objectives and market demands, ensuring continuous learning and skill development for the field force. * Lead needs assessment initiatives through field visits, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams to identify training gaps. * Develop and implement structured training programs, including product training, selling skills development, and behavioral coaching, to elevate field force performance. * Manage induction and onboarding processes for new recruits, ensuring seamless integration into the organization. * Create engaging training materials, including modules, manuals, presentations, and learning resources, to support knowledge transfer and skill development. * Organize and facilitate refresher training, workshops, and continuous learning initiatives to reinforce knowledge and drive business results. * Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, measuring impact on field performance, sales growth, and business outcomes. * Collaborate with the Product Management Department to ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge transfer to the field force. * Coach and mentor field employees to enhance productivity, competency, and overall performance, driving business growth and excellence. * Maintain accurate training records, reports, and performance tracking systems to inform data-driven decisions and optimize training initiatives. * Ensure training programs align with company objectives, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements, mitigating risk and promoting a culture of excellence.

Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies experienceTraining Department experience

Education

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
  • M. Pharm

  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent training delivery and facilitation ability
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel frequently for field training
