Key Responsibilities
* সংস্থার ঋণ ও আর্থিক সেবা কার্যক্রম সম্প্রসারণের কৌশল নির্ধারণ ও বাস্তবায়ন করা
* নতুন নতুন সেবা খাত উদ্ভাবন ও প্রান্তিক জনগোষ্ঠীর জন্য সেবা প্রদান নিশ্চিত করা
* প্রোগ্রামের টেকসই উন্নয়ন নিশ্চিত করা এবং মাইক্রোফিন্যান্স প্রোগ্রামের বিভাগীয় প্রধান হিসেবে দায়িত্ব পালন করা
* সংস্থার পলিসি, এমআরএ, পিকেএসএফ, ব্যাংক ও সংশ্লিষ্ট আর্থিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের গাইডলাইন অনুযায়ী ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন নিশ্চিত করা
* প্রোগ্রাম কৌশল নির্ধারণ, বাস্তবায়ন, গুণগতমান উন্নয়ন ও টেকসই উৎপাদনশীলতা বৃদ্ধি করা
* ব্যবসায়িক পরিকল্পনা তৈরি, বার্ষিক লক্ষ্য নির্ধারণ, মাঠ পরিদর্শন ও কার্যক্রমের মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা
* মাইক্রোফিন্যান্স এবং মাইক্রোএন্টারপ্রাইজ প্রোগ্রামের নির্ধারিত ফলাফল অর্জনের জন্য নেতৃত্ব প্রদান ও কৌশলগত দিক-নির্দেশনা প্রদান
* মাইক্রোফিন্যান্স প্রোগ্রামের ঝুঁকি চিহ্নিতকরণ, পরিমাপ, নিয়ন্ত্রণ ও পর্যবেক্ষণের জন্য কৌশলগত দিক-নির্দেশনা তৈরি করা
* কর্মক্ষমতা সূচক (KPIs) এবং প

- or related graduate degree
Additional Requirements
- Proficient in report writing in Bengali and English
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and microfinance software
- Clear concept of Digital Financial Services (DFS)
- Ability to market analysis, research, and identify new financing opportunities
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools for data analysis and reporting
