Key Responsibilities

* Spearhead financial management by maintaining accurate and up-to-date cashbooks, ledgers, and vouchers, ensuring compliance with donor agreements and internal policies. * Drive financial compliance by adhering to VAT/Tax regulations, donor requirements, and organizational policies, ensuring seamless audit processes. * Architect and maintain comprehensive financial registers, records, and reports, including project budgets, expenditure tracking, and variance analysis. * Lead the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, and ensure timely submission to donors. * Manage and monitor office operations, including supplies, equipment, inventory, and fixed assets, to ensure efficient use of resources. * Collaborate with the procurement committee to ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures. * Coordinate logistical arrangements for travel, accommodation, workshops, and training sessions, ensuring smooth execution of events. * Oversee daily administrative functions, including staff contracts, timesheets, leave records, and personnel files, to ensure compliance with organizational policies. * Foster a culture of compliance with gender equality, child protection, and PSEAH policies, ensuring a safe and respectful work environment. * Conduct field visits and spot checks to monitor financial management and provide guidance to community-based organizations (CBOs) and women's groups. * Deliver financial training and capacity-building support to CBOs, women's groups, and beneficiaries, promoting economic empowerment and entrepreneurship. * Support CBOs and women's groups in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping, ensuring transparency and accountability. * Develop and track financial reports for inclusive economic empowerment and entrepreneurship interventions, ensuring accurate fund disbursement and utilization. * Perform additional accounts and administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

At least 2 years

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
