* Drive medication dispensing processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to doctor's prescriptions and regulatory standards. * Lead patient billing and receipt generation, guaranteeing transparency and precision. * Manage timely and efficient distribution of medications to inpatient services, optimizing patient care. * Deliver expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and healthcare practitioners, covering drug indications, interactions, and side effects. * Oversee the secure dispensing of Narcotic Drugs, adhering to prescriptions and regulatory guidelines. * Architect and maintain a well-organized pharmaceutical stock system, ensuring proper storage, handling, and rotation. * Champion safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and secure working environment. * Perform administrative tasks, including call handling, prescription order management, and inventory replenishment. * Collaborate on procurement and purchasing of pharmaceutical and medical supplies, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition. * Verify and validate medicine deliveries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requisition lists and invoices. * Provide regular stock level updates, implementing FIFO stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize inventory. * Ensure accurate labeling and tracking of medicines, including expiry dates and storage information. * Support departmental leadership with requisition lists, monthly reporting, and action planning, driving inpatient pharmacy operations. * Develop and maintain precise documentation, including delivery records and cross-checks, to prevent dispensing errors. * Partner with the head of Pharmacy to craft and execute monthly action plans, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
