Jute Inspector

* Drive quality control initiatives by conducting regular inspections at assigned jute mills and production facilities to ensure compliance with export standards. * Inspect and evaluate raw jute, semi-finished materials, and finished jute products to verify quality, specifications, workmanship, packing, and overall condition. * Lead the preparation of detailed inspection and quality reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with company requirements and export specifications. * Collaborate with mill personnel and supervisors to discuss inspection findings, address concerns, and implement corrective actions. * Monitor and enforce adherence to required export and quality standards, reporting any discrepancies, defects, or quality concerns promptly. * Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, and integrity during inspections, upholding the company's reputation and values. * Analyze and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations to optimize quality control processes and enhance overall product quality. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including mill personnel, suppliers, and colleagues, to ensure seamless communication and coordination. * Architect and implement effective reporting methods, leveraging technical training and expertise to drive business growth and excellence. * Manage travel arrangements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient inspection schedules and logistics. * Champion a culture of continuous learning, seeking opportunities for professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
