Monitoring & Documentation Officer

* Drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) system for the Unity in Action Phase III project, aligning with PROTTYASHI's policies and compliance standards. * Lead the verification process for participant identification, ensuring accurate and valid enrollment of project participants through robust vulnerability scoring and checking. * Design and develop innovative data collection tools in Kobo format, including questionnaires, checklists, and templates, to support high-quality data collection and analysis. * Oversee real-time monitoring and data quality, ensuring adherence to M&E plans, data flow maps, and data quality standards to inform evidence-based decision making. * Produce regular process monitoring reports and periodic performance monitoring reports, providing actionable insights to support program teams and stakeholders. * Conduct trend analysis of project progress, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth, and provide data-driven recommendations to program teams. * Collaborate with the Project Coordinator to review and develop high-quality project reports, ensuring timely and effective communication of project outcomes and impact. * Conduct regular field visits to conduct process monitoring, providing constructive feedback and support to improve implementation and program quality. * Support the design and implementation of baseline, mid-term, and final evaluations, assessments, studies, and research, ensuring high-quality data collection and analysis. * Develop and implement effective participant accountability and feedback-response mechanisms, analyzing and responding to feedback in accordance with the feedback and response framework. * Manage and maintain the Unity in Action Management Information system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility to support informed decision making.
