AGM - Maintenance

• Lead the utility and maintenance departments, including ETP, to drive optimal performance and efficiency. • Architect production plans by analyzing and calculating machinery requirements, ensuring seamless execution. • Drive pre-production process excellence by adjusting sewing machines, folders, and attachments to meet specific buyer requirements. • Collaborate with the technical team in PP meetings, representing the maintenance department and providing expert input. • Manage the effective operation of all production machinery, plant equipment, and related process services to minimize downtime. • Develop and execute a proactive maintenance strategy, ensuring prompt response to breakdowns and minimizing lost time. • Implement and oversee a preventive maintenance plan, ensuring regular upkeep and reducing the risk of equipment failure. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance activities. • Oversee the procurement and approval of technical items, ensuring high-quality standards are met. • Foster a skilled and knowledgeable maintenance team by selecting and training staff to meet departmental needs.
