Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead the development and implementation of business growth strategies for overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, industrial process cranes, and material handling systems, driving revenue expansion and market share.
* Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitor profiling to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
* Identify, pursue, and capitalize on new business opportunities across various industries, fostering partnerships and collaborations that drive growth.
* Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and industry leaders, to ensure long-term success.
* Drive the entire business development cycle, from prospecting to closure, and continuously monitor progress to optimize results.
* Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and emerging project opportunities, using this insight to inform strategic decisions.
* Deliver against monthly and annual sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals.
* Provide regular sales performance updates, visit reports, and project pipeline insights, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the sales process.
* Architect and execute tailored sales approaches, leveraging technical and commercial expertise to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Experience
5 to 10 years
Skills
Strong knowledge of overhead cranes, gantry cranes, jib cranes, industrial process cranes, and material handling systems
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- Diploma in Engineering
- B.Sc. in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial & Production Engineering
Additional Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of cranes, lifting systems, drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to prepare and explain technical and commercial proposals
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- CAD software skills
