* Spearhead production planning and coordination with factories, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution. * Drive quality excellence by developing and implementing robust quality management systems, and training quality teams to uphold high standards. * Architect and lead new product development, from concept to sampling, and oversee production approvals to guarantee exceptional results. * Manage order processing, from approval to production, ensuring timely and efficient execution of sewing line operations. * Foster strong client relationships through effective merchandising communication, addressing requirements and providing tailored solutions. * Analyze production performance, identifying areas for improvement in line balancing, worker efficiency, and overall production output. * Design and deliver training programs for unskilled operators, supervisors, and quality controllers, enhancing their skills and expertise to drive business growth.
