Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth by developing and executing territory-wise sales plans, ensuring alignment with monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
* Architect and maintain a structured daily sales rhythm, incorporating target tracking, performance reviews, and timely escalation of shortfalls to optimize sales performance.
* Lead sales forecasting efforts, analyzing market trends, seasonal demand, and promotional activity to inform data-driven decisions.
* Own and manage the distribution P&L, overseeing revenue, distribution costs, OPEX, and net margin value to ensure profitability and ROI achievement.
* Control and optimize operational expenditure, including manpower, vehicle, rent, and storage costs, to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
* Analyze and evaluate ROI on distribution points, trade activations, and promotional investments, providing actionable insights to the Business Head.
* Identify and address margin and operational leakages proactively, developing data-driven recommendations to enhance overall profitability.
* Ensure optimal stock availability across all distribution points, preventing stockouts and overstock issues to minimize excess working capital deployment.
* Enforce FIFO discipline and conduct regular physical stock audits to maintain accurate system records and inventory levels.
* Monitor and manage slow-moving inventory, initiating timely corrective actions such as redistribution or promotional push to minimize losses.
* Develop and implement effective payment collection and deposit compliance strategies, enforcing credit limits and payment terms in line with company policy.
* Manage daily collection tracking, ensuring all outstanding amounts are addressed within defined timelines and deposited as per agreed SLAs.
* Reconcile daily collections against invoices, resolving discrepancies in coordination with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure distribution points operate in strict accordance with company SOPs, covering storage conditions, access control, and safety standards.
* Foster strong trade and anchor company relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive company growth and expansion.

Experience
Minimum 8 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification
