Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales excellence within designated zones by spearheading high-performing teams of Area Sales Managers and Medical Business Executives * Architect and execute strategic sales plans, aligning with corporate objectives to propel business growth and expansion * Lead, motivate, and develop talent within the sales team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability * Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance, provide coaching, and guide teams towards achieving sales targets * Champion the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact * Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform data-driven business decisions * Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expanding market reach and penetration * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, hospitals, and influencers * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Product Management and Training, to optimize field execution and results * Develop and submit insightful reports to senior management, providing actionable recommendations for business growth and improvement
