Key Responsibilities
* Spearhead business development by identifying and acquiring high-net-worth individuals and corporations through strategic networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
* Foster long-term relationships with premium clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
* Drive sales growth by leading end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact to closing high-value deals.
* Architect and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, progress tracking, and consistent deal flow.
* Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, providing expert insights and advice to clients on gold market developments.
* Deliver results-driven performance, measured by key metrics including new acquisition value, pipeline conversion rates, meeting quotas, and portfolio retention rates.
Requirements
Experience
2 to 4 years
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Marketing
- Bachelor`s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Additional Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, or Premium Banking
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- A hunter`s instinct for new business combined with the sophistication required to handle premium clientele
