Sr. Executive/Executive - Production (Woven Garments)

* Drive production excellence by analyzing samples and bulletins from various departments to inform data-driven decisions. * Collaborate with garment technicians to optimize layout and workflow, while mentoring junior colleagues to ensure seamless knowledge sharing. * Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, production, and target achievement, with a focus on monitoring and refining production processes. * Architect line balancing solutions, identifying gaps and coordinating with IE & Work Study departments to implement corrective measures. * Identify and address weak production areas, developing targeted strategies to enhance performance and productivity. * Champion lean manufacturing principles, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), 5S protocols, and ensuring a culture of cleanliness, discipline, and teamwork. * Lead waste reduction efforts, minimizing alterations and wastage during production to optimize resource utilization. * Embody a flexible and adaptable mindset, taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the organization's growth and success.
