• Architect detailed 2D technical drawings from conceptual designs, driving precision and accuracy • Translate sketches and ideas into actionable, precise working drawings that bring projects to life • Drive drawing revisions and updates in response to feedback, site modifications, and evolving project requirements • Leverage industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Tekla, and Revit to create and refine technical drawings • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and specifications, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency • Manage drawing scales, dimensions, and annotations with precision, guaranteeing clarity and readability • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project stakeholders, to integrate diverse perspectives and expertise • Integrate inputs from multiple disciplines, including structural, MEP, and other specialty areas, to create comprehensive and cohesive drawings • Develop and maintain meticulous drawing records and revision histories, ensuring seamless tracking and version control • Create as-built drawings that accurately reflect completed projects, supporting future maintenance, renovation, and expansion efforts • Support the submission and approval process for drawings, facilitating timely project progression and minimizing delays • Develop and finalize shop drawings that meet the precise needs of fabricators, contractors, and other stakeholders, driving efficient project execution
