* Spearhead the planning, implementation, and supervision of secondary level eye hospitals, ensuring seamless operational activities and effective collaboration with main hospital staff. * Drive the development and execution of strategies to enhance eye care services at community level hospitals and outreach programs, fostering strong relationships with clinical and non-clinical departments. * Foster a culture of collaboration with partners, organizations, and stakeholders to advance quality eye care services and community engagement. * Lead the organization, control, and coordination of primary level eye care centers, adhering to IIEI&H service rules and regulations. * Mobilize community resources and facilitate outreach services, leveraging team members, volunteers, and local networks to promote eye care awareness and initiatives. * Build and maintain relationships with local administrators, government offices, and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and support. * Identify and address community eye care needs, including eye refraction and treatment support, and pinpoint locations for new service delivery points. * Implement and enforce security policies, regulations, and norms to ensure a safe environment for employees and patients in secondary hospitals. * Oversee patient screening camps, community activities, and staff performance management, driving continuous improvement and excellence. * Develop and execute community awareness programs, promoting eye care services and initiatives to reach underserved populations. * Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives, and adapt to emerging priorities and tasks as assigned by authority.
