Sr. Executive - Accounts & Tax

* Spearhead day-to-day financial operations, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments, to ensure seamless bookkeeping processes. * Architect and implement efficient accounting systems, leveraging software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally to record and manage financial transactions. * Drive financial record-keeping, preparing and maintaining accurate ledgers, cash books, bank books, and journal entries that meet accounting standards. * Lead bank reconciliation efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. * Manage and optimize accounts payable and receivable, streamlining cash flow and minimizing financial risks. * Collaborate on the preparation of monthly financial statements, providing insights and analysis to inform business decisions. * Develop and submit accurate Income Tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and minimizing potential liabilities. * Champion documentation and filing of financial records, maintaining a robust and organized system that supports audit, compliance, and reporting activities. * Ensure adherence to accounting standards and tax regulations, driving a culture of compliance and risk management within the organization.
