Junior Architect

• Spearhead the creation of architectural drawings, plans, and layouts that bring designs to life • Design and develop innovative 2D and 3D models using cutting-edge software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion • Drive the preparation of working drawings, blueprints, and construction documents that meet project requirements • Conduct site visits to gather measurements, inspect progress, and ensure projects are on track • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution • Architect design concepts and development, transforming ideas into reality • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards • Develop and manage project documentation, including BOQ and material estimations • Craft compelling presentations, including renderings and client-facing materials, to showcase design excellence • Oversee project timelines, coordinating efforts to meet deadlines and deliver results-driven outcomes
